During these concerning times where we are all surrounded by the unknown of whats to come on a constant basis. The mind can have a tendency to fill with worry anxiety and stress. There may also be feelings of boredom anxiousness and uneasiness due to the captivity and isolation we are suggested (and ordered) to stay in. Although we are all going through these times, we all are experiencing this differently. There have been a plethora of suggestions to cope with this new way of life. Although we may not have all the answers or control of what is yet to come, we can mandate how we find our Zen in this situation. Many accounts have been documented in history when difficult times occurred and our ancestors had to overcome uncertain tribulations. I would want to believe that my strengths were inspired by someone overcoming a difficult time. One wonderful way to find strength in these hard times is to do some research into those who had circumstances they had to overcome in your family or a friend and how they did it. Think about it. Did they have any of the pleasures or resources we have today? Was it their sustainability that made perseverance possible? Find your strength in their strength. The future is always built on the past and how we handle the present. Be strong and hang tough.
We are history in the making. one love.
