the ‘Tis the season effect

As the “most wonderful time of the year” has become the apparent message regardless of race or creed gender or age, ailment or lifestyle. You have taken notice that this is that time of year where advertisements overflow all media with families and friends come together to celebrate their respected belief(s) whether for religious or festive purposes once again. And for the sake of the season some across miles and through storms of fellow travelers with the intention to reunite and spread love. Which is an awesome message to send. And why not? It is important to come together to express terms and actions of endearment. Reminiscing about the good ‘ole days can send endorphins to the brain and spread plentiful positive energy throughout the body. That natural chemical release may be what the term Holiday Cheer is derived from. Which also makes it a wonderful opportunity to mend any or all wounds fix broken ties and rejoin reunion plans and promises. It allows for those nostalgic moments to once again be apart of the discussion that is beyond compare to any season special on rotation. Its amazing how the gathering of generations makes good feelings for the future. This season take advantage of that natural high you get from reminiscing with the ones you love. And if you can’t make it this year. It’s o.k. You can still experience the ’tis the season effect by calling/video chatting. That is always a great option. And if calling is not possible this year you can enjoy the back in the day bliss through the senses. Smelling or tasting certain foods, reading and sharing stories and messages, watching movies, videos and listening to music. (one of my fav’s) are ways that could happen. We all have different reasons why this reaction happens in our brains and are affected by them. And regardless of how we experience them. They are your very own. They are special. They are priceless.
