GoaL: Reaching the finish line

Here it goes again. Time to make a change. With total motivation you bust out of the gates fearless and ready to accomplish your goal this time around. The start is energized and focused…but then the monotony of life matters and lets face it sometimes laziness makes the sizzle starts to fizzle. And when it does it can be discouraging. One way to avoid the low of disappointment is to stay on track with the reward at the finish line in mind.

Things needed

• Goals/ Rewards
• Blank Index cards
• Pen

How to play: On each blank index card write a goal on one side and on the same card on the opposite side write a reward. You can write whatever combination of goal /reward you’d like. Just make sure the goal is completed and the reward is a good one (eg: spring clean/order take out). Be creative!
