Watch your mouth
It’s about that time of day when food is needed to satisfy the rising hunger pangs. Deciding what to eat is a decision made based upon different factors. Some meals are given planning and preparation and some are just a grab and go. Regardless of how you ended up with what’s on your plate taking a moment and appreciating your choice is important. The best way to appreciate food is to savor it.
Savoring not only gives you an opportunity to enjoy your choice it also allows for slower eating. While taking these moments to savor your meal hone in on the taste textures etc that we can forget about due to other distractions going on. Not only is savoring better and lasts longer in how you experience your meal your body will be happy you have given it the chance to receive the replenishment at a good pace. So try to watch your mouth next time when it’s time to eat.
** Food Show Host Challenge **
Food shows always have hosts that utilize descriptive words to share what they are experiencing when they taste what they are eating. Seems easy if you try.
So for your next meal with a friend challenge them to see who can use the best descriptive words to represent their dish. Each person will voice record the description of their dish after taking a first bite. Judge of best Food Host can be whomever all participating agree upon. There can be as many participants as desired.
