GOAL : DRINK MORE WATER

Drinking water for some may not be the easiest thing to do and with all of the liquid tasty treats advertised to tempt your palate it’s no wonder drinking water can sometimes be quite the task. However with the Drink More Water challenge will drive you to down more H2o in no time.

How to play

  1. Find a partner or group who you interact with everyday.
  2. Have 4 servings 16.9 oz of fresh spring/drinking water accessible (refillable or plastic).
  3. Set a start time  (9 a.m. est.) and stop time (9 p.m. est) for every day of the week Mon-Sun and decide how long the game will go. (4 weeks…4 months)
  4. At stop time of every day text the number of bottles completed to partner or group.
  5. Whomever has the most consumed water by day 7 wins week. Most won weeks for length of game is crowned H2o Champion.
